5. Payment Terms

All sponsorship, exhibition, delegate, and registration payments must be made only to the official bank account of Tavaz Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

IMPORTANT:

• Verify all payment instructions directly with the GTM Organizing Committee before making any payment.
• Do not make payments to any individual unless officially authorized in writing.
• Do not hand over cash to anyone claiming to represent GTM.
• Always obtain an official invoice and receipt.
• The organizers shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or fraudulent accounts.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registrations, sponsorships, and exhibition bookings are subject to the official cancellation and refund policy communicated by the organizers.

7. Exhibitor & Visitor Responsibility

All exhibitors, sponsors, buyers, delegates, and visitors must comply with event rules and venue regulations. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose conduct is inappropriate or disruptive.

8. Limitation of Liability

The organizers shall not be liable for losses arising from website interruptions, event postponement, force majeure, travel disruptions, theft, or business losses.

Global Travel Market (GTM) is organized by Tavaz Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

2. Exhibition Space Allocation

Exhibition space is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. The Organizer may modify the floor plan or reallocate space where necessary. Stall allocation is confirmed only after receipt of the completed booking form and payment.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made to the official bank account of Tavaz Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Exhibitors must verify payment instructions with the Organizer before making any payment. Do not hand over cash to any individual. The Organizer is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or fraudulent accounts.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds shall be governed by the official cancellation policy communicated by the Organizer. No refunds will be made for no-shows unless otherwise approved in writing.

5. Exhibition Setup

Exhibitors must complete stall setup within the specified schedule and ensure displays remain within the allocated space while complying with all venue safety regulations.

6. Exhibitor Conduct

Exhibitors shall conduct business professionally, maintain their stalls during exhibition hours, and comply with all Organizer and venue instructions.

7. Products & Promotions

Only products and services related to the Exhibitor's business may be displayed. The Organizer may prohibit any unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate promotional activity.

8. Insurance

Exhibitors are responsible for arranging insurance for exhibits, equipment, staff, public liability, and accidental loss or damage.

9. Security

Reasonable security will be provided; however, the Organizer is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to exhibits or personal belongings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Participation is at the Exhibitor's own risk. The Organizer shall not be liable for business losses, travel expenses, or damages arising from participation, postponement, or cancellation except as required by law.

11. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, postponements, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or civil disturbances.

12. Intellectual Property

The GTM name, logo, branding, publications, and website content remain the property of the Organizer and may not be used without prior written permission.

13. Photography & Media

The Organizer may photograph or record the event and use images of exhibitors and stalls for promotional purposes.
